This Knix Sweat Set Is All You’ll Want To Wear This Season
Having spent the better part of the past two years working in sweatpants from the couch, I can confidently say that I’ve crowned myself the queen of the Com-Fit (yes, I did just make up that word). No buttoned up denim in this household—I just work better when I’m cozy. Is that such a crime? From tracksuits to tie-dyed sets, cashmere onesies to oversized jogger combos, I’ve tried practically every sweatsuit under the sun. And though each of the sets in my well-loved and ever growing collection has been there for me through thick and now…threadbare, I can officially confirm that I have had my “Mirror, Mirror” moment and found the softest of them all. The one set that I am never taking off. Enter: the .
The supremely soft ($55) and ($55) duo comes in three neutral, Hygge-approved shades: black, white, and a “Smokeshow” blue/grey—and in sizes ranging from XS to XXXXL, so everyone can experience the buttery coziness. I got the black set about two months ago and both pieces have quickly become the most loved items in my closet. What makes them stand out from the rest of the great sweat sets on the market is that they are easy to dress up or down. The two pieces, which are also chic and minimalist enough to wear separately, tread the line between too casual to wear out of the house without looking like you’re literally wearing PJs and one of those “too cool for school” combos that looks like it should be comfy, but just isn’t made for Olympic-level lounging.
The fuzzy crewneck has a flattering shape and slight mock neck collar that doesn’t feel as baggy and oversized as a classic sweatshirt and the bottoms are just the right amount of fitted for those days when you want to wear a legging-like style, but not feel suffocated in a compression active pair.
What’s shocking about the fabric is that while it looks like it could be too warm for comfort and cause the dreaded night sweats if worn for too long, the nylon and rayon blend is surprisingly breathable. And, if you’re wondering if the set will still feel soft to the touch after a few washes, I can attest to the fact that they sure do retain their fleecy feel and shape after months of machine washing.
And with that, the hunt is finally over. If you see me out and about, I’ll be the one in the fuzz.
