No, Grohl’s “proudest musical achievement” is Prince masking Foo Fighters’ “Best of You” through his 2007 Tremendous Bowl Halftime performance.

Prince did not like Foo Fighters masking ‘Darling Nikki’ and could have gotten revenge

In 2003, Foo Fighters recorded a go over of Prince’s 1984 music, “Darling Nikki,” and introduced it as a B-facet on the Australian variation of their “Have It All” one. According to MTV, the go over grew to become so renowned that Foo Fighters began participating in it at the stop of their exhibits in 2004.
